Fashion dolls from many brands, in 1/6 or 1/4 scale, photographed in their original outfits or redressed, in a variety of eras, themes and styles. All photos by Stratos Bacalis, all rights reserved.
Originally my collection started with Olivia Newton-John as Sandy doll by Franklin Mint. Soon enough other Hollywood stars joined her and now a large part of my dolls are either famous actors or part of a major Hollywood motion picture.
Fashion dolls are not the easiest of models to work with, contrary to what one might think. Setting them up. picking the right clothes and accessories, choosing appropriate lighting and shooting conditions and then processing the images can be a hard task. But always rewarding.

Men are an essential part of my fashion doll collection. From the ubiquitous Ken to the exotic Darius and everyone in-between, male models are as expressive and intriguing as their female counterparts.
Having studied fashion design and pattern making, it was only natural that I would love to make clothes for my dolls. With the help of the extremely talented friend Maria Papadimitriou (Habilis Dolls) I dabbled a bit in fashion doll design with the aim of having proper collections made each season.
This gallery contains photos of pop culture dolls from my collection and will be regularly updated!

From jewellery to bags to shoes to corsets to belts to hats, accessories are the icing on the cake that is a fashion outfit. Even in the small scale of 1/6 or 1/4, they play a major part in setting the tone and finishing an ensemble in the best possible way.
