W Club members were treated to the reveal of a new Fashion Royalty collection, called Modern Muse, designed by Integrity Toys designer Jessy Ayala. All four dolls were W Club-only "right-to-buy" lotteries, so if someone is not a member, it made it more difficult to get their hands on one. The presentation was live but not the actual Jessy talking to Carol and presenting the dolls part - that was prerecorded due to technical issues.The video also played a bit blurry for most people watching so IT had to send a separate link for members to see it clearly. The collection is great, if only four dolls, but the editions could have been a little higher.

The Story:
Adèle Makéda couldn’t think in the office, so she headed across the street from the W Cosmetics headquarters to her favorite café, Les Deux Fleurs, to review her texts and emails. It was a big mistake, because every time she tried to review something confidential, one of the paparazzi would come by and snap a photo, commenting on her chic dress.
She threw her leopard overcoat on and put on her sunglasses, flagging down the server to move her from a table outside to a more private booth in the back of the café.
Adèle and Eugenia had been doing more strategy with Véronique at W, alongside their modeling duties. After Agnes’s stunt at the 20th Anniversary Gala, showing up with Lilith and causing a scene, they were very concerned about the launch of Agnes’s new all-encompassing lifestyle brand, AvW and who she might be trying to poach.
Further, they needed to create more buzz for W Cosmetics. Véronique and Vanessa did a great job with their recent collab in Mexico, and it was time to bring out some big guns.
Adèle looked down at a text from Eugenia. Adèle had suggested that they try to get Elyse Jolie involved in their next campaign.
Eugenia texted back: Are you sure you can trust Elyse? I think I can get Isha out of retirement for something?
Adèle responded: Elyse has always been a great ally. Have you heard something? I can’t imagine her wanting to work with AvW…
Eugenia sent back: She’s been MIA and acting weird. And Eden had said something that she overheard her sister talking through some names. Maybe it’s nothing?

A gorgeous Adèle was the first doll unveiled and she immediately reminded me of Exquise. Furthermore, the outfit drew parallels with the Poppy Parker Mad For Milan, with the leopard coat over a black mini dress and gold jewellery - this time in a modern style and Parisian flair. If I did not already have Exquise and two leopard coats (Mad For Milan plus the Earhta Kitt one), I’d have probably tried for this Adèle. And Jessy, time to start using a different Adèle screening, we have had so many with this one lately. The dress is inspired by the 2024 Azzeddine Alaia bubble cuff dress, but with a draped lower part. There was also a knit top version of it. Cute bag, two pairs of shoes (but only one shoe-box), of which one is plastic, great jewellery. The lipstick and cappuccino add to the fun.

The Story:
Eugenia Perrin-Frost was on her way to an elegant party with the fashion insiders from French multimedia powerhouse Haute Glam, to talk about some creative concepts for a print and online collaboration starring Eugenia for W Cosmetics and a new unnamed perfume that they were planning to launch. Eugenia looked flawless, heads swiveling about as she strutted down the rue with her freshly platinum blonde ‘do.
She stopped in front of the sprawling windows of Bistro Neuf, a hot new dinner spot, to fix her lipstick. As she stared at her reflection, she noticed a familiar face seated in one of the luxurious velvet booths a level off the main floor.
It was none other than Isha, with whom Eugenia was planning to chat. Eugenia noticed that Isha was sitting on one end of the booth with a glass of wine and that another one was filled as well, across the booth.
“That little minx,” Eugenia thought. “Isha has got a hot date!”
Being nosy, of course Eugenia wanted to see who it was.
She saw a figure approach the booth and slip into the seat and she couldn’t believe her eyes.
It was no hot date, it was Eden Blair!
“But why would Eden be with Isha? That’s very out-of-character for her to arrange a dinner…”
Or wait…maybe it was Lilith.
“Ugh, I can’t tell those twins apart. Their faces are too similar!” Eugenia lamented to herself.
“Should she go in?” she wondered. Eugenia wanted to, but really needed to get to the party.
At the party, while Haute Glam’s creative director, who simply went by the name “Henri”, went on and on about a photo shoot idea, Eugenia’s mind wandered back to Bistro Neuf.

Too soon after Venus Rising to get another Eugenia? And with bleached eyebrows as well? I am not attracted to this face or her severe ponytail - at least not with this outfit. It would look so much better with a Versace bondage dress.This time we get an espresso martini and a perfume bottle. The one shoebox per doll is also constant. The gloves look like something more befitting a 70s softcore film protagonist. Here jewellery is severely lacking compared to Adele, as is her purse. Did not enter for this one either.

The Story:
After doing a slew of blockbuster Bollywood movies and French modeling campaigns back-to-back, Isha had taken some time off. But she was getting more and more offers and frankly, thought it was about time to get back into the swing of her career.
Isha thought it was odd when Eden invited her to dinner. Eden was a sweet girl and in between her modeling gigs had also been doing some office work with Véronique Perrin. But Eden was a bit shy and not that social—the opposite of her sister, Lilith.
And when Eden said she had a proposal to speak with Isha about over dinner, it sounded preposterous. Véronique wouldn’t give Eden that task, so what was this all about? But Isha accepted the invite.
It didn’t take long after her arrival at Bistro Neuf for Isha to figure out she had been had.

Lilith apologized for the bait-and-switch, but pleaded that she just wanted to be heard out and not dismissed.
Isha was thinking of getting up and leaving, but she didn’t want to cause a scene, especially when the hot spot was packed to the brim with the who’s who of French society, culture and entertainment.
While Lilith was sneaky, she also was a brilliant pitchwoman. She painted a vivid picture of how AvW was going all-in on its lifestyle brands and dangled out that perhaps there was a brand extension that could be entirely driven by Isha.
Isha didn’t trust Agnes and she didn’t trust Lilith, but she wanted to hear more.
As Lilith prattled on, Isha’s eyes became wide.
Over Lilith’s shoulder, a gorgeous figure was slinking towards the booth. She waved hello with a long-gloved hand as she approached.
“Well good evening, ladies,” Eugenia purred in a sticky-sweet voice. “May I join you?”
Isha welcomed her to sit down as Lilith’s face fell.

What an amazing Isha doll! Her lush locks, her exquisite make up, her beautifully intricate, Schiaparelli-”inspired” dress (and Doechii wearing the same dress this past March on the house’s front row and with a similar hairstyle no less) and lovely accessories make an irresistible combination. Again two pairs of shoes, one shoebox, two wine glasses (old-fashioned style), an eye-shadow compact, a furry clutch and some lovely jewellery. I entered for her but did not win and am looking for a takeover.

The Story:
Everyone in their circle had been acting strange lately, Adèle thought, as she made her way to join her friend and long-time colleague, supermodel Elyse Jolie, for some private shopping.
Now that Eugenia put the thought in her head that maybe Agnes was going after Elyse, she couldn’t shake the feeling that Elyse had been making an awful lot of excuses about not getting together.
What nobody knew was that Elyse was dating billionaire playboy, Alexandre Beaumont-Durand. And since Alexandre wasn’t exactly not married right now, the relationship was very much hush-hush.
To further complicate matters, Alexandre owned a conglomerate of luxury brands, including fashion houses, luxury accessories and even cosmetics.
Elyse had been trying to limit her work so she didn’t create too many conflicts with Alex, as she called him, and his suite of brands. And she didn’t want to say anything accidentally that would out her romance, either.
Elyse wasn’t the best at keeping things secret. While she was excited to spend time with Adèle, she was also worried that she was going to accidentally spill the tea about herself and her…dalliance.
Elyse was already in a private VIP suite at the atelier, surrounded by shopping bags, when one of the attendants showed Adèle into the room.
“You started without me! For shame!” Adèle kidded, kissing Elyse on the cheek and admiring her chic denim suit.
“I am definitely borrowing that,” Adèle said, pointing to the well-tailored look.
As the staff brought back an array of shoes for Elyse to try on, Adèle spent little time on small talk before getting right into it.
“Elyse, you haven’t done much for W lately. We need you to come back with a big splash,” Adèle said.
Even though there were a lot of young hot NU. Face models ruling the runway and social media, Elyse was still one of the most revered models of all time. Doing a new major campaign with her was sure to get tongues wagging and take some air out of the AvW brand press.
Elyse tried to talk in circles to her friend, but Adèle was too savvy for that.
“Elyse, what are you not telling me? Are you working with AvW?” Adèle demanded.
Elyse laughed, tossing her long hair back. “Could you imagine me working with Agnes? Really, mon cherie…”
Then Elyse’s gorgeous designer bag fell over, with her cell phone tumbling out and across the room.
Adèle went to pick it up for Elyse, who ran after her, not wanting her friend to touch it.
Adèle reached the phone first, and as she handed it over, she saw the wallpaper on the home screen—Elyse in a tiny bikini with Alexandre on his yacht, arms around each other.
Adèle’s jaw dropped.
Elyse just knew she was going to blow it, and now she had.
“Adèle, you can’t tell anyone, I beg of you…,” Elyse pleaded.
“Of course, your secret is safe with moi,” Adèle said. “Now, about that campaign…”
Elyse nodded. She would figure out some way to placate Alex.

A great version of Elyse - she immediately brought to my mind the mythical Going Public Eugenia, with her blonde hair, tanned skin, pink lips and sultry eyes. The Schiaparelli_”inspired” denim suit compliments her nicely and is quite intricate. Jessy brings back the monogram multicoloured print for her bag, while she gets two extra shopping bags as accessories, along with her drink, two pairs of shoes, one shoe-box and a lip gloss.Her jewellery is more subdued compared with other dolls here, and considering the Schiaparelli angle, even more so. I won this one in the lottery, yeay!
